Refund & Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority at C3 Automation. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our comprehensive refund and returns policy.

Returns

  • Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Customized or personalized products, software, and digital downloads are non-returnable unless defective.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • If your purchase was made using a gift card, the refund will be applied to your gift card balance.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at online.shop@c3automation.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide a return authorization and instructions for shipping the product back.
  3. Ship the item to the provided address. Use a reliable courier and keep the tracking information for your records.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we are happy to replace it. Please contact us at online.shop@c3automation.com within 7 days of receipt to arrange an exchange.

Exceptions

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable.
  • Products that are not in their original condition or have been damaged after receipt are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
